There are several rules to the creation of characters other then your original one, and several things you need to know.
I N F O~
~A second character will NOT be included in the Wolfquest topic.
~If you are creating characters unrelated to your original character, you may only create one.
~More then one extra characters will only be allowed if they are the pups of your original character.
~You must be active to create a second unrelated character.
~Ensure the characters are different (pups can, however, look similar to the original character)
~Second characters cannot have mates.
O T H E R~
When creating the form for a second character or pups, it would be wise to edit the post with your first character form on it and add those character forms, as it does not clutter up the site so much.
